Purpose Church

As we wrap up our series LET'S CHAT, Pastor Damien tackles the question "how do I know what God wants me to do?" by looking at the story of Esther. When it comes to God's plan there's not always going to be complete clarity, but there's two things we can use to stay on track - wisdom and courage.

Continuing our series LET'S CHAT, Pastor Dustin tackles forgiveness and what it really means to forgive. Forgiveness doesn't change what happened, but it does change what happens next within us - it's not always easy, but it's a choice we make to surrender to God and let Him work it out!

As we continue our series LET'S CHAT, Pastor Dustin tackles the idea of gossip and what the bible has to say. Everything that we say should be true, but not everything that's true needs to be said - our words are capable of destroying or building up, and we need to check our heart to make sure that we're building up instead of tearing down!

As we continue our new series LET'S CHAT, Pastor Dustin tackles the question "what is truth?" Truth isn't something that we create - we don't define truth, it's something that God reveals to us.

This week, Pastor Dustin kicks our new series "LET'S CHAT" by addressing how not everything is spiritual warfare, but we're in a spiritual war!

As we wrap up our series SAMSON SYNDROME, Pastor Damien walks us through the end of Samson's story. Sometimes we think that God can't use us because we've made mistakes, but that's not true! God can redeem any circumstance, and He's always faithful to us - even when we fail Him!

As we continue our series SAMSON SYNDROME, Pastor Dustin walks us through the moment Samson reveals the source of his strength to Delilah. Samson had been following his eyes and allowing temptation to run his life for a long time, and in this moment it finally costs him. We need to learn from Samson's example, and avoid playing with sin because we never know what it'll really cost us!

In this week's edition of our sermon series "Samson Syndrome," Pastor Dustin guides us through Judges 15 and how our unhealed hurt can hurt not only us, but the people around us!

Continuing our series on the life of Samson, Pastor Dustin walks us through the beginning of Judges 14. Just because something looks good to us doesn't mean that it's good for us - temptation always shows us what looks good without showing us the real cost behind it, so we've got to be careful when letting what looks good have our attention!

As we continue our series SAMSON SYNDROME, Pastor Dustin challenges us to ask the question "who am I becoming?" God is stirring something in us, He has a purpose and gift for each of us, but are we giving our attention to things that make us more like Him?
