CAN’T STEAL MY JOY // FOLLOW THE LEADER

It's week two of our CAN'T STEAL MY JOY series and this week we're diving into Chapter 2 of the book of Philippians! All throughout this chapter, Pastor Dustin shows us, Paul tells the Philippians they have to make the choice to follow after Jesus. This comes with making the choice to be humble, to be a servant, and to be obedient. 

CAN’T STEAL MY JOY // HAPPINESS VS. JOY

Throughout the entire month of July we're going to be studying through the book of Philippians in a series called Can't Steal My Joy! This week, Pastor Dustin McClain kicks the new series off discussing some of the big differences between happiness and joy. Often times we get happiness confused with joy and from looking at Philippians 1, we learn from the apostle Paul that the fastest way to be joyful is to be thankful!

This week we're wrapping up our LEGENDS series! One of our overseers, Pastor Tony Adams, gives us a look at the legend of Esther and shows us how God has created all of us for such a time as this! 

LEGENDS // MOSES

It's Week 5 of our LEGENDS series and this week we're looking at Moses! In Numbers 21, we see Moses fashioning a cure for the sickness that was spreading throughout the camp, at God's direction. All they had to do, was look to the cure and they would be healed. In the same way, we have the cure for the sickness of sin. All we have to do is point people to the cure. Just like Pastor Dustin asks, what will you do with the cure?

This week in our LEGENDS series, Pastor Dustin takes us through the events of the life of Rahab! How does someone go from a prostitute to the same line as the Messiah? Simple. She lets God write her story. From Rahab we learn that no matter the mistakes we've made in life, we're never too far gone for God to use us!

We're in the third week of our LEGENDS series and this week Pastor Dustin is talking about David! We've all heard the story of David and Goliath but sometimes we fail to realize that David wasn't the world's first choice. From his story and faithfulness, we can see that our obedience in what God calls us to now leads us to opportunities later!

We're in the second week of our LEGENDS series and this week Pastor Dustin takes us through the events of Abraham's life! From Abraham's life, we see that faith is not the absence of fear, but instead is trusting that God always does right thing!

This week we began a brand new series called LEGENDS. Over the next few weeks, Pastor Dustin will be looking at ordinary men and women in the Bible that God used to do extraordinary things. This week we're looking at Noah and how God can use just one person to make a difference in a generation! 

RELATIONSLIPS // DATES + MATES

Pastor Dustin continues in our Relationslips series this week talking about our relationships with our dates and mates (friends). So many times, we look to the world to give us our identity when we should really be looking to God and His Word to tell us who we are!

RELATIONSLIPS // Common Slip-Ups in Marriage

This week we're slipping into a new series on relationships - RELATIONSLIPS! Often times, when a relationship starts off, it's all good! But then, because of a comment, disagreement, time apart, or some other reason, relationships we thought were solid begin to slip. Pastor Dustin today walks us through five common slip-ups in marriage and how we can avoid slipping when it comes to our relationship with our spouses (or future spouses!).
